The Business Development Executive will work closely with our valuable prospects and clients while providing world-class customer experiences at every touchpoint. The Business Development Executive will effectively present the suite of RealTime products to potential clinical research customers with both exceptional quality and expertise. The Business Development Executive will be able to decipher each clients’ needs and goals and showcase the RealTime solutions that present the best fit for the client.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive is responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

  • Generate and/or respond to leads; Follow-up to qualify, disqualify, nurture, and ultimately close opportunities. Expected lead gen activities include, but not limited to:
    • Respond to requests for product overviews and demonstrations
    • Attend conferences and events as requested or needed
    • Generating lists and cold calling
    • Generate referrals
  • Present online sales demonstrations of various RealTime platforms and products
  • Maintain Sales pipeline and provide timely follow up with potential leads; Maintain proper documentation of all communication within the RealTime Sales Management system
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities and capabilities
  • Negotiate agreement language with potential client and/or legal counsel
  • Communicate product or service opportunities and feedback gathered through customer outreach processes
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new business solutions for current and potential customers
  • Learn and understand RealTime’s go to market, key service offering and sales strategies; be able to lead walk through of RealTime’s standard corporate presentation with customers and prospects
  • Participate and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, client and strategy meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Understanding of sales and marketing statistics, KPIs and benchmarks
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Solid organizational, planning and follow up skills, including attention to detail, timely communications and ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales and Marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience within the clinical research industry or biotech field

The CTMS Enterprise Product Specialist will monitor and work closely with our Enterprise Software product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development. The CTMS Enterprise Product Specialist will collaborate with our Enterprise Product Manager, Software Developers, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure continuous innovation and an excellent end-user experience. This critical role serves as our Enterprise subject matter expert for the product and its ongoing development.

The CTMS Enterprise Product Specialist is responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

  • Strategically imagine, conceive of, manage, and drive UI design projects from concept to implementation
  • Improve the Enterprise solution by researching and learning new and innovative capabilities.
  • Lead and influence technical software scopes of work in a Kanban and Agile environment.
  • Coordinate and participate in assigned projects, following the project from beginning to end,
    ensuring that projects support the attainment of company/client goals and
    completed in a timely, accurate, and quality manner
  • Work closely with software developers and engineers to create an immersive and intuitive user experience
  • Present new product functionality to stakeholders in regular demo sessions with ease and excitement
  • Perform front-end testing of RealTime software and create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues, report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Iterate using end-user feedback to optimize for simplicity, comprehension, and function
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverables
  • Identify creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in hands-on UI/UX software development
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique
  • Experience managing multiple projects – work prioritization, planning, and execution

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced climate

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating, planning, and managing the execution of RTSS marketing campaigns
  • Conceptualize campaigns targeting the customer funnel and lifecycle to accelerate retention, engagement, and upgrade/upsell
  • Optimize and track campaign impacts to ensure a positive ROI
  • Hands-on execution of integrated marketing programs such as trade shows, conferences, registrations, and managing sales collateral
  • Achieve operational marketing objectives by contributing information and recommendations on strategic plans
  • Develop relationships with external marketing agencies

PURPOSE:

The Software Product Specialist will work closely with customers to provide superior levels of customer service in support of our Pay and Text software solutions. Tasks include but are not limited to: customer onboarding and system setup; training new and existing customers; troubleshooting customer concerns; working with customers, software developers, and vendors to provide creative solutions; bug reporting and testing; UAT/validation testing; providing input on system enhancements; and assisting customers with best practices when using the system. The Software Product Specialist will communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner. Other customer support-related duties will be performed as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Product Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties:

  • Represent RTSS professionally and courteously (verbal, written, and in appearance) when interacting with RTSS staff, customers, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct web-based training for new and existing customers for RealTime-TEXT software.
  • Utilize product demonstrations as an opportunity to gather customer feedback translating into new business opportunities or product improvements.
  • Provide customer support and technical support for RealTime-TEXT & RealTime-PAY customers as needed and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct proactive system reviews to provide customers with tips and suggestions on how to better and more fully utilize the features of RealTime-TEXT software.

RealTime is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to spearhead web and mobile-based application development primarily using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (including React). In this role you will be helping to execute and propel the evolution of some of the industry leading software systems we build. Additionally, you will partner with business owners, lead developer, and the broader RealTime team to define/enhance solutions in order to meet business and customer needs as well as performance, operational and security requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze complex development requirements and propose solutions
  • Communicate frequently with external stakeholders and product owners
  • Collaborate with developers on code reviews and process enhancements
  • Respond and manage internally and externally sourced bug/defect reports
  • Complete technical designs where necessary
  • Oversee integration, QA and deployments

The Systems Architecture Engineer will maintain and improve RTSS database architecture in a cloud-hosted environment. This position will monitor relational databases and work closely with our cross-functional teams on the software development lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and ongoing software releases.  This role serves as our subject matter expert for overall system architecture and its ongoing development to advance operations for large-scale applications used around the globe.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Utilize open-source tools, automation, and cloud services to implement enterprise DevOps solutions
  • Detect and troubleshoot Database performance-related issues such as CPU, memory, disk I/O, and other resource contention
  • Proactively utilize system and database monitoring tools to identify opportunities for improvement and address them accordingly
  • Participates in technical solution and design discussions
  • Manage and foster improved vendor working relationships
  • Contribute to technical software scopes of work in the shell environment
