Purpose:

The Sales Executive will work closely with our valuable prospects and clients while providing world-class customer experiences at every touchpoint. The Sales Executive will effectively present the suite of RealTime products to potential clinical research customers with both exceptional quality and expertise. The Sales Executive will be able to decipher each clients’ needs and goals and showcase the RealTime solutions that present the best fit for the client.

The Sales Executive is responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

  • Generate and/or respond to leads; Follow-up to qualify, disqualify, nurture, and ultimately close opportunities. Expected lead gen activities include, but not limited to:
    • Respond to requests for product overviews and demonstrations
    • Attend conferences and events as requested or needed
    • Generating lists and cold calling
    • Generate referrals
  • Present online sales demonstrations of various RealTime platforms and products
  • Maintain Sales pipeline and provide timely follow up with potential leads; Maintain proper documentation of all communication within the RealTime Sales Management system
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities and capabilities
  • Negotiate agreement language with potential client and/or legal counsel
  • Communicate product or service opportunities and feedback gathered through customer outreach processes
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new business solutions for current and potential customers
  • Learn and understand RealTime’s go to market, key service offering and sales strategies; be able to lead walk through of RealTime’s standard corporate presentation with customers and prospects
  • Participate and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and account planning meetings/calls. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the HIPAA Privacy Rule. This role may view protected health information (PHI) as part of daily duties

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Understanding of sales and marketing statistics, KPIs and benchmarks
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Solid organizational, planning and follow up skills, including attention to detail, timely communications and ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Sales and Marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience within the clinical research industry or biotech field
  • Bachelors degree in a business, information technology or sales and marketing fields

Purpose:

The RealTime-CTMS Implementation Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new customers and customizing their systems according to clients’ needs and specifications. Additionally, they will train new and existing clients how to use the software and ensure the customer has a world-class experience along their journey. The Implementation Specialist will be the single point of contact for all new customers as they work through the initial onboarding process.

The RealTime-CTMS Implementation Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:

  • Create new client profiles and submit system build requests to the appropriate development teams.
  • Facilitate system architecture changes to the client’s system by working closely with the development team
  • Audit client systems prior to delivering to the customer
  • Schedule and facilitate system trainings to both new and existing customers
  • Provide both timely and best-in-class customer service and technical support for current and prospective customers
  • Conduct proactive system reviews to offer customers tips and suggestions on how to better utilize their system.
  • Educate customers on additional RealTime Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) product features available
  • Create support tickets and escalate issues to our development team for further research and resolution
  • Share best practices and contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems. Improve process and procedures to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Tech-savvy: Ability to quickly learn and operate various technology platforms
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated customer focus by investigating and taking action to meet customers’needs
  • Solid organizational, planning and follow up skills, including attention to detail, timely communications, and ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of training experience
  • 2+ years of experience within the clinical research industry or biotech fields

The eSOURCE Product Support Specialist will work closely with customers to provide superior levels of customer service. Tasks include, but are not limited to, customer system setup, training new and existing customers, username and password management, troubleshooting customer concerns, building eSOURCE documents, and assisting customers with best practices when using the system. The Product Support Specialist will clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, and professional manner. Other customer support-related duties will be performed as required.

Interrelationships: Work closely with RTSS management, other staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:

  • Represent RTSS in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with RTSS staff, customers, contractors and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct web-based trainings for new and existing customers for RealTime-eSOURCE software.
  • Provide customer support and technical support for RealTime-eSOURCE customers as needed and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct proactive system reviews to provide customers with tips and suggestions on how to better and more fully utilize the features of RealTime-eSOURCE software.
  • Perform and document customer system testing and validation.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on customer issues.
  • Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems and improve productivity.
  • Solve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for RealTime-eSOURCE customers.
  • Document customer contacts and support encounters in the RealTime Management System (RTMS) system.

The Senior Human Resources Professional will play a key role in providing HR support for RealTime Software Solutions employees and stakeholders. As a part of this support, this critical employee will apply their expertise and be the dedicated resource to develop and administer policies, programs, and processes for talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, benefits, learning and development, and more.

Job Duties:

The Senior Human Resources Professional is responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:

1. Interprets and executes HR policies, including compensation and classification, time and attendance policy, employee relations, talent acquisition, work and leave administration, and employment administration. Serve as the primary liaison to communicate changes in HR policies and procedures and update the RealTime Software employee manual on an as-needed basis.
2. Addresses routine employee relations issues and escalates to Senior leadership, as necessary. Support investigations by gathering information, documenting issues, and agreed-upon resolutions.
3. Participates in appropriate department meetings to confirm expectations and to anticipate upcoming Human Resource needs.
4. Responsible for the end-to-end management of all HR functions by initiating, documenting, and closing actions as required. Functions may include but are not limited to position creation/modification/posting, new employee onboarding and orientation, supporting employee performance review process, terminations, and salary changes.
5. Design and Administer Employee Satisfaction survey. Implement employee engagement improvement ideas.
